Shri G.V.K Sinha, a noble soul, born to a freedom fighter in a village near Vijyawada in Andhra Pradesh, his upbringing had been such that he was always selfless and always keen to help others. After completion of graduation in Mechanical Engineering and short stint as field engineer in PWD, he shifted to the field of technical education. He served the cause of technical education for 35 years before retirement and for another 10 years after retiring.
His knowledge and experience of technical education was acknowledged by the Government of India and was appointed as aconsultant for AICTE, the premium authority in professional education of India.
He left for heavenly abode on 6th June 2011. His demise is a big loss not only to his near ones, but to the entire nation. The motherland lost a noble son.
