LLDIMS started B. Ed. Course with the aim of providing high and supporting school education as a feeder. Since it’s establishment our department is sincerely focusing on creating competent teachers and empowering them to realize their potential and to serve the mankind. With a notion to produce teachers for global citizens, the student teachers are exposed to various activities, catering to their cognitive, affective, conative and psycho-social development.
The B.Ed. programme is recognized by NCTE. It. is a two years program that is designed by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University-the affiliating University. In B. Ed. Course LLDIMS has an intake of 100 students. All the admissions are done on the basis of candidates’ merits in combined Entrance test held by GGSIP University.

She is having 21 years of Experience of Teaching & Administration in B.Ed. Programme & 6 years of experience in Schools as PGT & TGT. Her Academic Expertise are Universalisation of Elementary Education, Educational Policies, Evaluation, Teaching-Learning Processes, Curriculum Design, Teaching Strategies, Administration & Management, Sociology in Education, Pedagogy of Teaching of Social Science.
She is the member of different Research Bodies. Her papers & Articles have been published in various National & International Journals. She has participated & presented papers in many Conferences, Seminars, Workshops FDPs at college as well as University levels.
Being Convener She has conducted so many Conferences & Seminars & presiding over various committees at an institutional level.
As Head of Department, Her focus is on holistic growth & placement of teacher-trainees. She plans & prepares an Academic Calendar full of Curricular, Co-Curricular & Placement Drive-related Activities. She has maintained very cordial relations with reputed schools of Delhi / NCR for School Internship & Placement

Dr. Manju Sharma
Academic Qualification -M.A in Psychology & Hindi, M.Ed, M.phil., Ph.D(Education)
She has over 17 years of experience in Teacher Education and over 8 years of experience at school level. Her academic expertise includes vast array of fields such as Languages, Clinical Psychology, Statistics,Education ,etc.
She has published more than 25 articles and research papers in highly reputed national as well as international journals. She has been felicitated by Best teacher award by Rotary club of India and also by Bhagidari jan sahyog samiti, New delhi for her prolific and dedicated contribution to the field of education which is continuing till today.
Dr. JYOTI DAHIYA
Academic Qualification:- M.A(PSYCHOLOGY), M.A(POLITICAL SCIENCE), M.Ed, Ph.D(EDUCATION), UGC- NET JRF
She has an experience of 4 years in Education sector with specialization in subjects like Special education, Teacher Education , Teaching of social sciences, Guidance and Counseling. She has contributed to various professional conferences, workshops and seminars. Her articles are published in National and International journals. She has also authored two books in the field of Education.
Ms. ROHINI JAIN

She has an overall teaching experience of 20 years in the field of education , with a natural passion for shaping the personality of students and preparing them for the future. She has expertise in teaching subjects like Educational Guidance and Counseling, Educational Psychology and Teaching of Integrated Science . She is the coordinator of the Eco Cell and the Anchoring Committee of the Institution. She has excellent communication skills, and has published articles and research papers in National and International Journals, and participated in National and International Conferences and Seminars.

She is co-ordinator of the Decoration Committee and Cultural Committee. She is the Editor of News Letter.

Ms. Ghazala khatoon
Academic Qualification- M.Com, M.Ed. and PG Diploma in Guidance and Counselling.
She is faculty of commerce in the education department and her subjects are School Organization and management, School Leadership and Teaching of commerce in B.Ed. program. She has 6 years teaching experience. She has worked in the corporate sector also. She has research papers and articles published in various Journals.
Ms. Mahima Nijhawan
Academic Qualification: M.Ed. from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprasth University (GGSIPU).
M.A. English from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).
B.El.Ed. from Institute of Home Economics (University of Delhi).
1.5 years of experience in teaching. Worked as B.Ed. Lecturer with Private Coaching- ‘Nita’s Institute for six months. Worked as a Spoken English Trainer with ACTUNIV ‘Words Woth’ for a Spoken English Project with Delhi Government for six months.
