BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINSTRATION (BBA)

 

The department offers a three year bachelor degree in business administration. It provides a professional core of courses needed for vocational endorsement. In 2005, the department had a humble beginning with 60 students. Now it has increased to 180.

The department involves students in interactive classes where they can learn, acquire skills and form attitudes and values appropriate for managerial and professional careers in business, industry and government. Specifically the programs are designed to assure that participants develop An integrated body of knowledge in the business and management of modern organization.

Experienced faculty expose students to real life business situations in stimulating learning environment. The business administration programs provide the students the opportunity to go forward in the broadest range of professional directions and build sound and rewarding careers to compete effectively in today’s fast-paced world and that are valued by society.

Dr Pranav Mishra is an MBA, M.Phil, PhD & UGC NET qualified. He happens to be a Gold Medalist in the Maters. He is an Alumnus of the very prestigious IIM-Rohtak.

He has done his internship project in Pepsi Co. He has a rich experience of 20 years in Teaching and research. His areas of interests are Business Economics and Marketing.  He has to his credit various research papers published in various National and International Journals of high repute. He has presented around 30 papers in various conferences across the Nation. Ha has a vast experience of handling Administrative and Academic Projects within Academic Institutions. He has co-authored an International book. He has organized and attended more than 19 workshops and Faculty development programmes.

Besides, he is also an active believer of existential philosophy and a regular attendee of workshops conducted by Art of living.

Dr. Ankita Nagpal
Associate Professor

Dr. Ankita Nagpal holds a Ph.D. in HR and is also an MBA. She is also an alumnus of the very prestigious IIM Rohtak from where she has done a course in HR Analytics. She is UGC-NET and JRF Qualified. She has 13 years of diverse experience in industry and academics. She also has more than 30 research publications to her credit in reputed Journals and conference proceedings. Her areas of teaching and research interest are HR, OB, HR Analytics, and General management.

Dr. Ashish Dubey (MBA, Ph.D.)
Associate Professor

He has a rich experience of 16 years which is a blend of Corporate & Education sector. He is the Coordinator of Department of Management at LLDIMS. He teaches and provides guidance to students on various subjects like QTOR, POM, BL and Marketing Management. He is the member of various committees like the Discipline Committee, Examination Committee, T&P Cell of the institute. He takes care of the timely completion of the tasks assigned by the management

Mrs. Priyanka Tyagi
Assistant Professor

She is pursuing Ph.D. and is an M.Tech. (Computer Science), from Banasthali Vidyapeeth, Rajasthan, and a B.E. (Computer Science), from Hindu College of Engineering (Sonipat) .She has a dynamic track record with over 7 years of cross-functional experience in Teaching. She has good experience in Research. She has published various research papers in very reputed journals and online portals like ELSEVIER and IEEE. She is a member of Indian Engineering Teachers Association impanelled under NITI AAYOG Govt. of India and also a member of external examiner panel of GGSIP UNIVERSITY. She has also been awarded as the best faculty at LLDIMS in the academic season 2017-2018

Dr. Nagendra Pal Singh
Associate Professor
Dr. Nagendra Pal Singh is Ph.D. in Management, he has earned his Masters in Social Work (MSW) and MBA from Institute of National legacy, Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi.

Has rich experience of more than 25 years. A blend of rich diverse exposure in Government, corporate, education, and Nonprofit (NGO) sector. Did his concurrent and block fieldwork training in DESU and ITDC respectively. Honed his management skills through life awakening and enriching exposure at M/s Rajasthan Textile Mills a unit of KK Birla conglomerate. Had strong inclination and active involvement in training and development assignments which has motive him to shape his career in education. Besides the regular academic assignment, he has been actively involved in training & development consultancy, Market research, and project evaluation. Has many publications on contemporary management issues in conference proceedings and journal of national repute. His area of teaching and research are HRM, OB, General management, and Change Management

Ms. Roopal Asati, Assistant Professor
Qualifications:  Ph.D. (Pursuing), PGDCA, MSc. IT, MBA (HR & Marketing)

She is an Assistant Professor in Department of Management at Lingaya’s Lalita Devi Institute of Management and Sciences; she has 10-year experience in teaching. She has been a former Assistant professor at Tagore P.G. Girls College, Rajasthan University Jaipur. She has one-year corporate experience. She is pursuing Ph.D. in marketing from MRIIRS (Manav Rachna International Institute of Research Studies). She is having experience of organizing Industrial Visit, Seminar and Webinar and other management activities such as Role Play, she has published 3 research papers in UGC approved National and International Journal, actively working in research area.

Ms. Bhawna Mukaria, Associate Professor
Qualifications: Ph.D. (Pursuing), M.Com, B.Ed., UGC NET

She is an Associate Professor in Department of management at Lingaya’s Lalita Devi Institute of management and sciences. She holds teaching experience of more than 8 years. She has been a  former assistant Professor of Hindu College, M.D.U. Rohtak University. She has been a part of NDIM as Assistant Professor and Corporate Interface and Placement cell. She is having experience of organizing Job fairs, industrial visits, national HR conclave, and webinars. She is pursuing Ph.D. from Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth in the field of marketing. She has two books published “Cost Accounting and cost management” for M.com final year,M.D.U Rohtak University,”Basics of Retailing” for BBA KU, Kurukshetra. She has 8 papers published in various UGC-approved national and international Journals and edited books. She has more than 10 research papers presented in various national and international conferences. She has also attended workshops on SPSS and R and is actively working in research area.

Mrs. Bhawna Gulati
Assistant Professor

She is an Assistant Professor in Department of Management at Lingaya’s Lalita Devi Institute of Management and Sciences. She has completed her postgraduate in commerce from Jamia Millia University and was one of the top five ranker in her batch. She has done B.Ed from GGSIPU University & Graduation (B.Com Hons) from Delhi University with the first division. She is UGC-Net Commerce Qualified. She has published two research papers in UGC CARE journals. She is holding a good level of experience in teaching different subjects like Finance, International Business, Statistics, and Economics. She is also experienced in conducting professional-level webinars.
