About Department
The department offers a three year bachelor degree in business administration. It provides a professional core of courses needed for vocational endorsement. In 2005, the department had a humble beginning with 60 students. Now it has increased to 500.
The department involves students in interactive classes where they can learn, acquire skills and form attitudes and values appropriate for managerial and professional careers in business, industry and government. Specifically the programs are designed to assure that participants develop An integrated body of knowledge in the business and management of modern organization.
Experienced faculty expose students to real life business situations in stimulating learning environment. The business administration programs provide the students the opportunity to go forward in the broadest range of professional directions and build sound and rewarding careers to compete effectively in today’s fast paced world and that are valued by society.
The campus is well equipped with infrastructural and instructional facilities. to promote essectivi teaching – learing in faculty environment. Here, the environs are perfect to equip future professionals with the right set of attitudes, skills and knowledge.
Here, we ensure that it’s every student emerge as a total professional i.e. as one with a distinct individuality to lead and galvanize the process of change and transformation in the 21st century. It intends to help students discover their various facets and attain their true potential. The motto of department of Management is to impart quality education in the field of management. Its faculty strives to equip young people to make meaningful contributions to an economy that is increasingly becoming a significant entity in the global area.
The current global economic slowdown is driving India to rethink strategy, reassess agendas and revisit several of the long-standing rules of the game. Leadership is being stretched for direction and results; management is being tested for fortitude and having a balanced head-on- shoulders approach to keeps the momentum going. As the business world gets more complex B-School recruits will need to be equipped with new skills-sets, innovative ideas and a heightened mental toughness to sail through the current corporate turbulence.
